Who we are

mySoggiorno is a service of Expat Support LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we”). These terms are between you and Expat Support LLC and govern your use of this website and the readiness assessment. They are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Contact: ciao@mysoggiorno.com.

The service

mySoggiorno provides relocation advisory and coordination services for moving to Italy. The website lets you book a readiness assessment: a consultation call with our team. Assessment details, tier descriptions, timelines and pricing shown on the site are informational and may change; any engagement beyond the assessment is governed by a separate written client services agreement, which sets the monthly price, the onboarding payment, the milestone at which monthly billing begins, the term, what is passed through at cost plus 10%, and what happens if a visa is refused or the engagement ends early. Nothing is charged before that agreement is signed.

Booking

The readiness assessment is free of charge during our opening period; a fee may apply to future bookings. One active appointment per person or household at a time. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. We may cancel or reschedule where necessary and will notify you.

Text messaging terms

If you check the optional SMS opt-in box at booking, you agree to receive appointment-related SMS from mySoggiorno (confirmations, reminders, changes, replies, and verification codes). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or book appointments you do not intend to attend.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from missed or undelivered communications.
